Surcharge will be calculated considering average STATOIL diesel price in the previous month and the diesel price of April year 2005.
The fuel surcharge will be adjusted with the displacement of one month. For example, based on average fuel price in December, the surcharge will be calculated and announced in January and adjusted in service received in February.
